Our Team
Our Early Childhood Educators are fully qualified, very experienced, and extremely dedicated to their roles.
We truly value continuity of care and know-how important consistency is in a young child's life - which is why we our team is only made of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using "casual" or "agency" educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
Our service highly values continued professional learning and development - we hold regular professional development training and a high number of our Educators are furthering their own individal studies.
Ying has been working with children over the past 14 years in Childcare Centres and running the best kids Yoga program in the Sutherland Shire, “Little Yogi”.
Having her own 2 children, she knows how important it is for the children to develop their sense of wellbeing in the early years of their lives.
Ying is passionate about the holistic approach to early learning. She knows the importance of recognising the uniqueness of each child and she is inspired to bring the best quality out of them.
Ying also focuses on the well being of the team. She is developing a staff wellbeing program in which she believes that the children will gain the benefits of a healthy and happy environment.
